I was born & raised in the San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, and married for over 25 years, with (2) adult boys attending college in Montana. I’m a die hard Dodger fan, late blooming runner, and offshore fisherman.

The best stress reliever is trail running and fishing in Mexico out far enough where there is no cell phone reception.

My favorite restaurant is Ella’s in Downtown Sacramento. They have spectacular food all around!
