Personal History

I currently live in Humboldt County, and I am attending College of the Redwoods as an English major for transfer. I plan on transferring to Cal Poly Humboldt (it’s still HSU in my brain) and should be there by next fall! After college I plan on using my degree to be a high school English teacher. I’m a cat mom to my beautiful (and massive) Maincoone, Kiki, who I adopted about 2 and a half years ago now. In my free time you will find me playing animal crossing, hiking, learning how to boogie-board in the ocean, or writing. My boyfriend, Jacob, owns a Jeep and when we are back home you will catch us going four-wheeling any chance possible. He loves it, and he has gotten me to love it to. I am always happy to tag along on any adventure with him. Currently I am trying to become a plant lady, so far it is going along okay! My balcony is full of cute little succulents and a few flowers, and I could not be happier about it.

Favorite Place on Earth

I have not traveled to many places (yet), but currently my favorite place I have been to is Sea Ranch, CA. It is just so magical there, and my worries just float away the second I arrive. It reminds me a lot of Humboldt actually, only because of the Redwoods and Ocean right there, but it is better than Humboldt in the sense that I feel a lot safer (and a lot less stressed) in Sea Ranch vs here.

Dream Vacation

My dream vacation would have to be spending a month seeing Italy, England, and Scotland.

Education

No formal education yet, currently an English major at College of the Redwoods.
